The room was clean and comfortable with lovely amenities, but the damp smell was quite off-putting. The heating seemed inadequate for summer, which didn’t help. Still, the staff were friendly and the location was convenient for accessing nearby shops.

Cheap hotel with smart staff and lovely views of the rear gardens. Perfect location and very good facilities. Found in the domestic area. No complaints, really nice stay for 2 nights.

The hotel's location was central, close to the city centre. And we were adjacent to Peterborough...

Convenient parking, minimal noise pollution, easy overnight stays
Hotel needs serious updating!!! Stained carpets, poorly maintained facilities, and a lack of basic amenities. Issues with room cleanliness and unsatisfactory shower pressure could really use attention!!!

The convenience of its location and the availability of Motorway Services 24 hours a day. Although right on the motorway the rooms were quiet with no traffic noise.
Excellent but unobtrusive service. Good clear comfortable beds. Well equiped rooms

Perfect for a quick getaway
For the price, the room was fine and had everything we needed. The lady on reception retrieved a travel cot for us within ten minutes, really saved the day!
Might not be the cheapest, but still acceptable.

Immediately we entered reception the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and very comfortable. There was very little noise from the nearby road and facilities at Peterborough services are excellent. Will be visiting again next time we stay in Peterborough.
There was nothing we did not like about our hotel!
